Appointment Policies
Thank you for scheduling an appointment at The Grey Cottage Pet Spa. We appreciate your business!
Appointment time: We work on a time sensitive schedule, so please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that we have enough time to spend with your pet. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment. We will need to reschedule, to allow for enough time for your pet and to avoid disrupting other’s appointments. You will also be charged accordingly, based on our missed appointment policy.
Missed appointments: Due to the nature of our business, we require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Additional advanced notice is always appreciated. Please understand that others are waiting for appointments. If you do not show up, your missed appointment creates a loss for our business. After 2 missed appointments, a valid credit card is required for pre-payment of future appointments and will be charged at the time of scheduling. (In the case of multiple scheduling, the pre-payment will always be charged at your previous appointment.) If your pre-paid appointment is missed, the pre-pay charge is non-refundable, and will cover our lost of time. Thank you for your understanding.
Pick up: Please note our hours of business. Pets that are not picked up within 15 minutes of business closing times are subject to a $40. after hour pick up fee, unless prior arrangements have been made. Once the pet spa closes, your pet may not be available for pick up until the following morning when business re-opens.
